I just got the same call - a telemarketer posing as an employee of an auditing firm, telling me that we were, and I quote, "double-billed or over-charged on one of our utilities" and that we were due a refund.  Could not tell me which utility overbilled us, no meter number, account number, etc.  Exactly the same stuff as a post about Phone #  800-913-488.  Called it back and it went to a voicemail of an Elizabeth Colozo (sp) or some such name. The original caller argued with me for 15 minutes, before she hung up, she could not answer any questions about my electric company, their audit procedures, my account (it's a business with 25 electric accounts and over 300 meters), she knew nothing!
