This person calls multiple times a day, saying they are from Met Ed, and trying to sign me up for discounted electric, I have explained numerous times I do not pay for my utilities, and that this is included in my rent, they keep calling
They said they added my number to a foo not call list but continue to call all the time, this computer dialer stuff has ruined land line service and there should be a way to harass then back in my view.
