Got this call for renewal of AAA. Operator Kim was very pushy and quite disrespectful and rude. I explained that due to a lay-off we are unable to renew at this time. A long term AAA member, she tried various ways to get me to renew. When I finally told her I am struggling to just pay my mortgage she gave up sounding exasperated. AAA should look into their operators customer service techniques - I wouldn't renew now even if I could!
I received call from 215-856-0971 on mobile phone. I did not answer it because I didn't recognize the number. When I tried calling the number back I repeatedly got a busy signal.
