received a call telling me that charges of bank fraud are being filed against me in cook county

IAlso received several calls to different family members called myself the number they provided to get information and lady said there issuing a Warrant For my arrest in  24/48 how true could this all be

It's  a scam, you cannot be arrested for a debt.
Debt is civil, not criminal.

I received a call saying I was being charged with bank fraud and paper work was being filed for my arrest. From State Arbitration in PA

I first received a call from LA  213-325-3253 saying I had to call another number 215-859-5078, that they were sending in paperwork for my arrest in San Luis Obispo County. They were very threating  and quoted penal codes.
