It does no good to locate a name & number. Illegal callers use and abuse real people and business's numbers and even names some times. Posting this here isn't going to help either since they probably don't even read here.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.
