Who called from 2159077046

Got this call last night at 8pm with Unknown name showing on Caller ID.  A google search said it is a Payday Loan Scammer.
Today I received another strange call from this area---215-254-6527---with caller ID showing V20711412600071.  Past experience shows that Caller ID's like this are Spam/Telemarketers.  Are these numbers connected?  I've learned never to pick up numbers I do not recognize or that do not have a legitimate name connected to them on Caller ID!!!

Voice over IP phone number assigned to Philadelphia, PA.  Returning this call yields a recording saying that nobody is available to take your call, but they never identify who they are.  They instruct you to call during business hours.  Of course, I was calling during business hours.  They then ask you to leave your phone number if you want to be placed on their do not call list.  I think I'll just report them to the PA and Federal DO NOT CALL lists instead.

It's Sunday afternoon at 1:45.  I didn't answer, but checked here instead.  These people are absolutely unbelievable.

3:55 pm...they just called. Caller ID says Out of area.

this call came in from "unknown"  at 2:18pm on a sunday. didnt answer it....looks like others have gotten this too....what a scam. too many losers trying to get your hard earned money...or make disgustingly bogus offers...
