Started receiving these calls end of May 2015. They don't speak, but call several times a day; some sort of bot/ robocallilng checking for active numbers is my guess.
Just received a call from this number saying something about "my check for my electric bill". When i said ":this sounds like a scam", she said "how is this a scam, im not asking you for money". I hung up.
Received call today stating that they were calling about a refund for my electric bill. Advised them to take my number off their list and they hung up.
