I don't know why the electric company feels the need to call and harass you... You know you have your electric bill due, you call and make payment arrangements, YET they still feel the need to use their automated system to call and harass you... EVEN though THEY have agreed with YOU to the terms THEY set up as the payment agreement!!! WTF...
