I did not answer the call.

Didn't amswer it. Instead, I let the answering machine take the call, where I've put the telephone company's 3 tone "out of service" beeps. The call disconnected as soon as the beeps registered.

But I did find this interesting web page about them...

I get calls every day from this number or from 215-922-7034 or 215-922-7017, all coming from Pub Safety Prom. I don't answer the calls and I want them to stop.
