It's a pay phone from the roundhouse (jail) in Philadelphia.

I received a phone call from a person calling me. I do not know that person. The person called me from a pay-phone and said this is a pay charge, would I accept the charge & if so press 1 on the phone dial. I pressed 1 and the person said my phone would not accept the charge. The person wanted me to give her my credit card number and I said no

Received three back to back calls from this number in Phila, PA.  Collect charges from Legacy showed up on my phone bill at $10 each.  Legacy said it was from a payphone.

Collect call at 2:30 am... The callers name was unclear but it sounded like the caller said Matt. It asks for your credit card to accept

It was from the roundhouse....collect call from a friend.
