Caller said they were calling from State of Texas Business Development and wanted to verify some information concerning the company. I asked why they were calling from Philadelphia Penn if they were the State of Texas? Answer, They were calling from their computer system and that's why it showed Philadelphia. Really! I informed the caller if the State of Texas needed the information already provided on official state documents concerning this company they can put a stamp on the information they desire and mail it.

Called my business line twice this afternoon. She said she was with the State of Illinois and spoke with a very heavy Indian accent. She started asking questions about my company but had such a poor connection coupled with the thick Indian accent, I just baled on the call. She called right back and I hung up again.
