A man named Jay called and asked about our safety department. He tried to name drop people, but I knew he was full of it when he mentioned someone who retired 3 years ago. He was ABSOLUTELY HAMMERED. When he reached someone's voicemail, he proceeded to call back & basically argued with me when I inquired more about why he was calling and what company he was from. He claimed to be from United and I assume they are a supply company because he asked who purchases "trash bags". I had to hang up on him because I was getting no where being rational. It was very obvious that he was drunk by his slurring and aggression.
