I received a call from these people saying that If I was a "friend or family member" of ***************** my daughter's name, she was the primary suspect in (I coulden't understand what) and they repeated those words like three times but I didn't really understand why or what they really meant. They left it on a voicel mail because I couldn't answer the call on time.
This is an offshore payday loan debt collection extortion scam that has been going on for at least five years. The FBI is aware of it but is unable to go after those involved due to lack of money and manpower. I looked back and found some old information which may prove to be helpful:

SCAM CALLS - about owing money from an on-line loan (which I've never had). If you ask for their street address for your attorney to mail them something, or for them to mail the paperwork to your attorney, they'll usually stop calling.
This company call and herassed me. They said that they were with the dept. of criminal and fraud. That they had a warrent. He yelled at me untill I was into tears
