Scammers - Rachel from "credit card services" is trying to get your personal information.  If you call this number back, it says "out of service" - so these scumbags keep using "out of service" numbers to make their calls - by the time you report it to the National Do Not Call list, they've moved on to another "out of service" number and it goes on and on.  But please REPORT IT anyway to donotcall.gov - you don't need the company name.
