this is a series of numbers in Hong Kong; 2159 4051 / 4073 / 4639 that I have recieved claiming to be different banks in Hong Kong that are offering low interest loans etc... & they will ask you for your personal details to do a quick assessment credit check to see if you are eligible for their special loan.
Dont tell them anything, this is a fraud & identity theft.
I have called all the banks the callers had claimed to be & the banks do not have such offers & neither do they have these telephone numbers in their telephone network.
