Who called from 2162191657

United States Prescription Card... spam number. Called it back and it tried to sign me up for a card... cannot reach a representative

United States prescription. No answer when they called, just disconnected.  I called back and it only gave me the option to state my information to receive my free card. Hung up. Hate spammers. How did they get a cell phone that is prepaid and never used anywhere on any forms?

I don't answer phone calls when I don't know the number, so this call didn't get answered.

I do not know anyone in Cleveland Ohio.  Phone rang but disconnected before I could answer.  I am not interested in receiving calls from this number.

Received this call on my cell phone, no one was there when I answered.  I do not want calls from this number.
