Keeps calling about a debt but doesn't say who they want to talk to or to whom the debt is for and most time they just hangup. Today talked about showing up for Denver Court but we never got anything to show up for court and didn't even leave a number. I think they are phone scam...
They claimed I owed on a debt I settled about 3 years ago. I told her she needed to provide me written documentation to prove I still owed the debt. Without a doubt this was a fraud call. She violated the collection rules by saying I was being investigated for check fraud claiming I committed a crime. Kind of wish this was not fraud... I sure could have used the $1000 their company was about to be sued for.
