Called twice, no message

This is a subcontractor for the city water department trying to get access to change out the water meter.

This time woke husband from a nap during one of his few but precious days off.  Left no message!  We don't have Cleveland water, so why would they be bothering us?

This is a subcontractor for the Cleveland Dept of Water. They are installing new remote water meters to all homes. They are rude, appear to be recording all calls and work in a very LOUD call center.
