Who called from 2162391766

The local news channels here are warning people not to return calls to unknown numbers especially on their cell phones because you could find huge bills on your phone bill from your service providers. These numbers may connect you to an over seas number that you will be charged for.

repeated calls daily on my cell phone. never a message

Numerous calls from this number during the past week. No messages. I called back once, nobody answered.

5 calls from this number in the last 3 days.  of course I didn't answer.

I have been getting this call to my cell for last two or three days, from this number!
Some sort of energy scam claiming they can lower my Duke Energy Electric bill.  yada yada yada.
I have gotten this same recording from 216-239-1766, 513-685-6003 and 914-530-2290
They won't leave me alone.  Keep changing numbers. Been going on for couple of weeks now.
If I don't answer no message is left.
