Same as above. I get these calls, then if I finally pick up it says press one to be put on do not call list. The caller I.D. says, "Service Customer." They do not leave a message.
I moved out of Cleveland in January but took my landline number with me to Summit County. These jerks are stalker calling constantly (2 to 3 times each afternoon and a couple of times in the evening - even past 9pm) The other night I played their game, hit the number to speak to a human. The recording stated that I needed to have my electric bill in hand prior to connecting to an agent. Since I no longer own a home, I don't have electric service. When the agent came on the line, his creepy voice immediately asked for my electric bill account number without explaining who he is, the company, etc. I told him I don't have electric service and want to be removed from their robocaller. He hung up on me after a quiet grunt. So, my take: BIG OLE SCAM. Probably a spoofed number.
