Cleveland, OH. Rec'd call offing me cc a guy from India answers.  I told him to put me on DNC list and he said why. I told him he's on a fed line and he hung up

Called my cell and hung up. Did not leave a message.

Received a call on my mobile phone from 216-240-6284 on 9/12/2016 at 2:20pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Ohio". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on comments posted elsewhere it appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Card Services" scam. The frequency of calls I have received from numbers associated with this type of scam has been increasing recently, particularly on my mobile phone.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
