Who called from 2162497930

Has called 8 times in last 4 days.  Finally called back, since looked local, and no hits on here or elsewhere verifying spam.  Answered with recording about "...if you're calling about a discounted newspaper subscription..."  At that point I hung up and blocked.

I get calls from this number everyday. Just received a call at 7:04PM,  5-31-17. Does not leave a message. I do not answer these calls since I don't recognize the number.

I have received two calls a day for the last four days does not leave message, did not return call since an unknown number.
