The woman who called my phone just started into talking. Didn't really say who she was or who she was representing whe she called me. She did mention her name. I said "sorry, but I've never heard of you in my life". She apologized for dialing the wrong number, but after reading these other posts I'm not so sure what to think. If Kaiser Permanente has such incompitant people working for them, I'm glad the aren't my health care provider.
Just got a call here at the office asking for an ex-amployee. I asked if I could forward a message to the ex employee or help them in anyway, and she got a little rude and hung up. I found it odd because when debt collectors call for employees/ex employees, they usually try and get more info like another number to reach them at. Tried to search the number and only found this comment about it.

Apparently old ( 70+) rude MD from Kaiser Perm Parma forwarding back medical data . Msg went to voice mail so no chance to tell her she needs to improve her patient commication "skills" Another "I am God" md .
