I received a call on Saturday morning, December 5, 2015. My caller id said "OHIO CALL." I said "Hello" several times, but nobody answered. The caller hung up, and I called back using the automated call-back button. A computerized message came on and said that I reached a number that was disconnected or no longer in service.
