Answered like an idiot. Told me they mailed me a final notice for my car's factory warranty expiration. I thought it was a brand new car... Automated system asked if I wanted to speak to a warranty specialist. I didn't answer. It seemed like it got pissed at me and asked twice in a row, very quickly. Still didn't answer. The robot then hung up on me.
