This person called my cell phone. Did not leave a message. This has been happening a few times per week, and I never answer my phone if the incoming caller ID doesn't tell me who it is.
Unknown/suspicious from outside of our service zone.
Out of state customers, please switch to using a LOCAL phone number. Our business is too small and we receive too many scams/solicitations/political bots, ect.
Guy called and asked for owner by first name. Do these yahoos not realize many companies have Caller ID now and we KNOW they do not really know the owner/president/CEO? I said I'd take a message; did not offer voicemail bc I knew it was a selling call. (This guy has been calling for a week or more and never wants to leave a message but today he did.) He started in on his selling spiel really fast and I finally interrupted and said from now on please email, do not call here again.
