This number was in my caller ID as "Billing Dept" on 11/20/12 but they didn't leave a message.  Called the number from work the next day and heard "You have been contacted for telemarketing purposes.  If you do not wish to receive these calls and want to be put on our do not call list, press 1."  I placed the number on my voip do not disturb list.
