Who called from 2162984413

I got a call from this number today. I call it back and it goes to voicemail and says the mailbox is full. The name for the mailbox is *silence*.

Called on 08/07/2009 @ about 7PM, asked for money for women safety.  THey wanted $15 then went down to $5, then they said "justgive us some money" and they hung up.  Caller ID stated: "St of the OH."  
Very odd, rude, and probably a scam.  Avoid and reported.

3rd or 4th time i've recieved a call and hang up from this #. all the same info as everyone else except they've never spoken to me.

My aunt received a call from this number and they asked for me or my husband.  Woman told my aunt she was looking for us and asked for our number saying she must have written it down wrong and wanted to send us something.  When I call back nothing and then a fax noise.
