Who called from 2163072105

Call from this number leaves an automated voice mail message on our home phone.  The recording asks to "speak with our son, or his authorized representative.  Press 1 for yes.  Press 3 for No".  Our 44 yr. old son, lives in another state, has not lived at home since 1990, and does not have an "authorized representative".  These people began calling July 26, 2016 at 9:50 A.M.  Same message left today, July 27 at 9:50 A.M.  and again at 11:50 A.M.
We have NO CLUE who or what this "business" is.  ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS (216) 307 2105 phone represents?

I also got a call today from this number... 216 307-2105 asking to press 1 or 3.   No idea who this is...

I called the number back.... sounds like Medical Mutual... so it is legit.   I wish they would say who they were in the first place.
