Who called from 2163139316

Asked for my dad and said they would call back.

Called to talk supposedly about veterans.  Possibly ask for money.  I interrupted and said not to call this number again.

Calles & asked for me by first name. Immediately hung up when I identified myself.

Received a phone call from this number. Did not answer. Found numerous complaints on it at other call tracking sites          http://www.whitepages.com/phone-scams-spam      http://whocallsme.com/   -or-   http://800notes.com/    I have blocked that number since now.

Called the number back and got an automatic message that stated it was the "fundraising center", at prompt pressed 1 to state that im not interested in donating and the message stated that id be removed from their call list but it "could take up to 24 hours".
