Who called from 2163234465

Got a call from this number today @ 12:11 PM.  Didn't recognize the number so, I didn't answer.  My cell phone blocked the number.  Showed it belongs to someone named Paul Butler.  I do not know anyone by that name.  Since my number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, he should not have called me.  Probably SPAM.

got 2 calls, 1st one hung up, got 2nd call immediately, answered, no one there, they hung up.

called my cell phone, have now blocked this number. I'm on Do Not Call list.

Phone rang at 8:46am.  Didn't answer.  No message left.
