Called my elderly father claiming to be a law office. Said if he didn't call back today he would waive his right to counsel. I called them back but they didn't answer. Good thing for them.
Just received a call from this number saying I had an outstanding loan. They wanted me to verify my social and name. I asked who they were, they said have a good day and hung up
Recvd the same call/message on my vm today...unaware of this nonsense BS saying that a cash advances loan thru Equity Funding which is now in collection 6-6-14 that I owe $927.13 (she kept putting me on hold, for whatever reason etc etc....I'm really considering contacting an attorney regarding this because I refuse to pay for something I have no clue about!!!
I received a call from this number and they left a voicemail stating that I needed to call them back today or I would waive my right to counsel. They didn't even say my name in the message.
