This is a typical survey scam from a caller named Rewards Redemption Center. You are told you have been called for a reward and they want payment to activate your rebate card. They will not leave messages but only call then hang up so it shows on your caller ID. They want you to call back so they know they got a bite.
Some sort of reward program. I asked they stop calling me, and they gave me some BS about how I asked for the call. Asked to speak to manager, and was refused. Told them I would report them. No calls since.
