This is a scammer calling from a Vonage cell phone from the Ease side of Cleveland, Ohio who claims he's collecting for Northeast Ohio firefighters. NO SUCH ORGANIZATION EXISTS. The union for Cleveland firefighters and surrounding areas is called Northern Ohio Firefighters. I really hate it when some lazy good-for-nothing bum sitting on his caboose all day scams honest people out of money that should go to legitimate concerns. Get an honest job, bum!
