Call to cell less than an hour after another call from same 216-410 exchange.  This one was typical recording of "lower your interest rate" with very Anglo sounding woman's voice.  Pressed 1 to talk to live person and got very noisy call center with Indian/Pakistani sounding male.  Just another day in scam land.  I stayed silent and after several "hello" on his part he hung up.
