I have recieved a call from this number three times in the past week. I get a call from the number 3x/week about every 3-4 weeks. I pick up every once in awhile but there is never an answer. I say hello twice then hang up when there is no response
I just returned this call on a private line after receiving several calls with no messages and it went to a voicemail for Servpro. Online it shows as an Ohio based line. Very suspicious....

Just got a call from this number. The girl said her name was Jennifer and she was from servpro. She said someone had filed a civil complaint against me and that she wanted to give me their number and so that I could find out who filed the civil complaint and how I could settle to keep it out of court. She didn't know my last name and spoke very fast. I told her that it didn't sound very legit and that if someone wanted to talk to me they'd be calling me directly. She said ok and hung up. I called the number back from my cell phone and the same girl answeredanswered, saying she was from servpro. I tried looking up the company but it is a fire and water damage place, which doesn't match up. I'm glad I didn't buy into it now that I see other people are getting weird calls!
I got the same call but from 916-226-5332 (out of California--I'm in Texas) . They said virtually the very same thing. She gave me another phone number to call 1-888-444-2339 and a case number. The 2nd phone number clicks off before you can answer it but I told them it sounded like a scam. I wondered if that 2nd line is in the same place.
I've been receiving calls from them for over a year. I only picked up once when I thought they were someone else. The woman on the other end said something about a suit or charges against me or some crap like that. I rushed her off the phone for two reasons: (1) it sounded bogus; (2) I was in the middle of something urgent. I've never picked up a call from them since, but they still try. They leave a voicemail about an undelivered package and they've called from many different numbers, including 317-458-2592, 315-355-0190, 716-328-0177, and 651-776-3748. All of the calls are identified as ServPro, but there's no way to know what this obvious scam is really all about. I ignore the call, then add the number to my auto reject list.
