Who called from 2164465862

Received a call when I answered a male voice with a foreign accent said he was a specialist when I asked what kind of specialist again he hung up on me. 216-446-5862

Another call that didn't get answered by me.  If there is no name it goes into the trash.  The trash bin is getting full

Caller called my business line and when I answer the other end of the line is blank and after about 15 seconds disconnects.

I got several  calls from this number but no idea where is from or who is.

This person said he was associated with my insurance company and wanted to offer me an atopical pain med. When I refused to give him my date of birth, he hung up on me.
