If you have a smartphone, dowload an app called Mr Number. There, you put any number you want on the block list - and you have an option to send a blocked call straight to v-mail or hang up the call right away. I prefer the second option :)

They called, said "Cleveland, Ohio" on Caller ID. It was a recorded message regarding lowering electric bills. I called my electric company who said it might be an "alternate supplier" . I'm just ignoring them if they call again.
I got two calls today from this number with a recording that wanted to "help" me consolidate bills. First time the number was identified as "Unknown caller". Second call came in as "Cleveland, Ohio." I don't know anyone on the east side of Cleveland.
