Caller ID displayed "Service Dept".  Recorded message soliciting you to use their agency to obtain a federally backed, below market loan to refinance your mortgage.  There would obviously be fees involved if the caller is not the lender itself but that was not stated in the recording.  Press "1" to obtain more information, "2" to not receive further calls.  The use of "Service Dept" on caller ID also means they do not want you to know who they are up front, not a very good business strategy.
