HumanArc is a new and highly annoying company that has taken over for First Source with regard to HCAP applications (in my case) to the Cleveland Clinic. The best practice I've found is to CALL THEM directly - they can't be [***] to identify themselves other than "Cleveland, OH" on the caller ID, so I can't be [***] to deal with the autodialer annoyances. Also, if you are dealing with them for HCAP assistance, if you don't call them EVERY TIME you use the Clinic (this includes labs and everything associated with the Cleveland Clinic), each and EVERY TIME you get assistance, you can and will get booted off the program without notice for "non-compliance" with their mysterious and vauge rules (every person I've talked to has a different set of "rules" they deal with).
Summation: legit call for HCAP patients from the Cleveland Clinic, but be sure YOU call THEM instead of dealing with the annoying autodialer and call center. For anyone who is intereested, I checked "unknown" on the call type as there isn't anything labeled "Legit, but still annoying".
