Who called from 2164877839

Scam IRS scam saying you owe money I called back phone rang over and over before a foreigner answered. He stared his speech I interpreted him said if you are from IRS they don't call you they send a letter he stuttered then I said I work for them he hung up real quick idiot.

I received 3 calls from them on 4/28.  Tried calling back to have fun with them, but recording says all lines are busy.

I got a few calls as well. They are not very bright some who think they can just 'call back' and pretend to be a different person, but too dumb to realize we can see right thru those silly scams!
