Who called from 2165022963

Nothing on the web about this number. I am looking for any info.

I also have received a couple of calls from this number.  They never leave a message so I am assuming it is someone soliciting.

The call came through on my cell phone. The guy asked for me by name and said that I had more than $8,000 in credit card debt. I told him no I do not. He said no I mean your whole household. Again, I told him no and he hung up.
