Not true. I make specific arrangements w/Verizon all the time. They still call and text constantly. My payment has been set to automatically withdraw tomorrow. Made this arrangement two weeks ago . Today alone I have received three calls from this number . And it's in their system that the payment is to come up tomorrow . This constitutes harassment !!
Called asking for owner by name. From some financial services - Credit processing I presume. I said I could handle that and the girl got all bubbly and said,"Oh can you!!?". I asked to be removed and the heavy breathing stopped, she had left the line. She hung up.
