Caller sez I can have a lower gas rate if I will get out and discuss my last bill with him.  Does anyone still fall for this ??  He couldn't even identify which gas company I deal with !!  This is similar to a person who came to my door a couple of years ago wanting to see my last gas bill and would not stop talking.  This brood is this century's life insurance salesmen.
