Who called from 2165393619

This is so anoying.  On our office phone, they call everyday, sometimes 2x's a day.  How can we end this?

"This is a courtesy call from Energy Plus.  Please return our call . . . "

A return call advised that all operators were busy!

Same thing how do you get rid of it?

Same text: "This is a courtesy call from Energy Plus." I get daily calls, each of which causes me to be paged.

When the phone rings, you pick up and then hear a dial tone, the line starts ringing, and then a recorded message is played back asking me to call them at 216-539-3619.  You can't ask to be removed from their calling list unless you call them back.  I tried to call and got voicemail, but didn't leave a message, for fear that more people from the same company would call me.
