It's a voice recording from a national survey company asking you to take a survey. If you say yes to take the survey then you will be rewarded with a free cruise for two to the Bahamas.
Just got it and unfortunately, a realistic sounding voice came on the line, said her name and where she was calling from and then said, "Can you hear me okay?" I said yes, then there was a long pause. Then the voice starts talking and it's now clear it's a recording. Grrrrr....... It was a promotion for a Florida giveaway.
