A recording with a female voice was telling me that they are doing a survey and it would only take 4 minutes. I hung up. I had a similar experience today from 216-542-7018, 703-496-4986 and another phone number I don't have any more, but it was local for me. I called back both local numbers and got the same message that this is the wrong area code or phone number. 703-496-4986 is not local for me.
While I was typing this, I got one more call from them. Caller id showed: 4 ERROR. I picked up and heard the same message that they are from TPC Research. The first question was if I'm registered in Ohio.
