Who called from 21657463546

Security Company that wants to put a sign in my yard called my cell phone.

Called to warn that hospitals mix up surgeries every 14 seconds

My husband and I have separate cell phones.  We both received calls from this number at the same time.  Neither of us answered but when I called the number back.  A message is provided indicating that the number is no longer in service

why does your 6 year old have a cell phone??

Didn't answer but had 10 calls from this number (on my cell) in just over an hour,  no message was left.
