Who called from 2165866613

A man called me and said I had fraud a financial institution and I would be sued if I don't respond to his call. And gave a petition #. To scared to call them back. I just don't know how they got my number.

Jack Amber called and he is saying that he is a license arbitration officer of Los Angeles  County and I am being sued for fraudalent activity and attempting to de fraud a financial institution his contact number was 216-586-6613, and my case number was 104-3609. Also saying that this is my final call. I would suggest this is a scammer
