Collection I beleived. they call say our company own them money, they claim they have a signed contract, I ask them to fax me whatever paper they have. I hear my fax phone ring. but nothing come over.

Sounds like collection call for a business that no longer exists for the past 15 years because disability. I have not talked to these people. It has to be the same ones just a different number that called in year 2007-2008. I did everything possible by replying to dispute charge, with papers and asking for legitimate proof of contract. I never did receive anything.
